We believe the answer to this question is unique to you. When you listen, what is your skin longing for most?
If your skin is on the drier side, The Essence is probably a good first choice. Well moisturized skin helps create a healthy glow and is the first step towards further healing.
The Aurora Cleanser is a beautiful first choice to provide care for oily skin, as it naturally cleanses buildup, oils and toxins while lightly moisturizing.
The Galaxy Clay may speak to you if your skin is feeling dull, in need of a natural, skin tightening and clarifying boost.
Each product has its own signature offerings for your skincare routine. We recommend choosing the one you’re initially the most attracted to, as our intuition always knows the way.

Something is incorrect with my order, what should I do?

What is your return or exchange policy?
We want every bit of your experience with Mystic Kiss to be exquisite. That’s why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not enjoying the product, just return it to us and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! We ship internationally through DHL. For pricing to your region, begin the process of placing an order and proceed to check out. During the check out process you’ll come to a screen that provides the shipping options and costs associated with your address. Please note that the shipping charges during checkout cover only transportation; any customs or import fees charged by your country are not included.

We absolutely do! Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter down below where we frequently send out discount codes and specials, aligned with the seasons.
Is it safe to purchase your products from a third party seller, like E-Bay?
Unfortunately, we do not recommend purchasing our products from third party sellers due to an influx of imitation Mystic Kiss products. We cannot confirm that the product you’ve received is legitimate without the order being placed on our website, on Amazon, or in our brick and mortar partners locations. Additionally, orders placed through our website ship directly from our apothecary, ensuring you’ll receive the freshest batch possible.

I’m planning to give your products as gifts, do you offer anything to make it even more special?
Yes, we would love to! In our efforts to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible, the turnaround time for shipping in our facility is very quick. Because of this, we’ll need to know before the order is placed to give us time to flag the order as special prior to shipping. Do you offer travel sizes?
At this time we do not offer products specifically sized for travel. However, most of the products in the Mystic Kiss ritual skin care line is allowed into carry-on luggage according to the TSA guidelines. Please review TSA guidelines so that you can safely bring Mystic Kiss products along on your travels with no added stress.

Should I store my products in the refrigerator?
We do not recommend refrigerating our products. Extended changes in temperature can permanently alter the consistency of the product. We recommend keeping the product around room temperature at all times. Short periods of drastic changes in temperature may cause a small amount of separation, but a quick stir of the product will make it good as new once again!

What is the shelf life of my product?
Our skincare line is all-natural, vegan, and preservative free. Because our products contain no added chemicals or unnatural ingredients, they have a shelf-life of approximately two years.
What’s the best daily routine for skincare?
We’ve created a collection of skincare rituals to bring your awareness into the present moment while using plant-based ingredients of the highest quality to nourish, cleanse, and invigorate your skin and spirit. We recommend taking a moment away from your thoughts and releasing the stresses of everyday life while cleansing and moisturizing your skin.
