Mystic Kiss Shipping Policy

At Mystic Kiss, we work hard to ensure your cosmic skincare essentials are delivered safely, swiftly, and with care. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information once your package has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, please contact us at support@mystickiss.com.

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories

  • Select international locations

If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by their local government. Mystic Kiss is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Mystic Kiss is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist with a replacement.


Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that are returned to us may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.
